1. Is this a commercial-grade treadmill that can be used in a public gym?
The NordicTrack Commercial LE Treadmill is built with commercial-grade quality, making it durable for intensive home use. However, the warranty is for “Home Use Only” and does not cover use in a commercial setting.

2. What is the maximum speed and incline/decline range?
You can reach top speeds of 20 kph. The treadmill also offers a significant range for hill training with inclines up to 12% and declines down to -3%. These are easily adjustable with digital quick controls.

3. What is the maximum user weight for this treadmill?
This machine is built to handle a user capacity of up to 182 kg, making it a very sturdy and reliable option for a wide range of users.

4. How does the cushioning system work, and is it comfortable to run on?
The treadmill features “RunFlex™ Cushioning” and a spacious 55 x 152 cm tread belt. This cushioning provides excellent shock absorption for a comfortable running experience, helping to reduce impact on your joints.

5. What are the dimensions of the treadmill, and can it be stored easily?
The treadmill’s dimensions are 196 cm (L) x 94 cm (W) x 151 cm (H). It also has a foldable design, with folded dimensions of 112 cm (L) x 94 cm (W) x 175 cm (H), allowing you to save space when it’s not in use.

6. What kind of display does it have, and can I listen to music?
It features a 7-inch high-contrast, multi-color display that can be tilted for better viewing. The treadmill also has “Premium Audio” and is “Bluetooth Headphone Compatible,” so you can listen to your favorite music or podcasts during your workout.

7. Is a heart rate monitor included?
The treadmill is compatible with “ActivePulse™ Technology” and the “SmartBeat Arm Band,” which can be purchased separately to track your heart rate accurately.

8. What is the warranty for this treadmill?
The warranty is extensive, covering a Lifetime Frame Warranty, a 10-year Motor Warranty, and a 2-year Parts & Labor warranty. You must register the product within 28 days of purchase to activate the full warranty.

9. How does the delivery process work for such a heavy item?
Delivery is free nationwide and is limited to the ground floor level only due to the product’s weight (140 kg box weight). If you live in an apartment, delivery can be accommodated if an elevator is provided.

10. Can I collect the treadmill myself?
Yes, you can choose to “Click & Collect” from our Showroom/Warehouse at 7D, Gurtnafleur Business Park, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 K3K8. Because the treadmill is bulky and heavy, transporting it safely with a small van or trailer is highly recommended to avoid damage and protect your warranty coverage.
