We currently serve customers within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Orders from outside these regions cannot be accepted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal for secure online payments.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Gymgear.ie offers flexible installment options through Humm payments. This allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over manageable monthly payments. You can select Humm at checkout and complete the quick online application.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once you buy any fitness equipment through our website Gymgear.ie and complete a successful payment, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. our order is only considered accepted once it has been processed and accepted by Gymgear.ie Team.
Delivery & Collection
Do you offer free delivery?
Shipping
FREE nationwide delivery for all orders over €150.
Orders priced between €1 – €49.99: flat shipping fee of €6.99.
Orders priced between €50 – €149.99: flat shipping fee of €13.99.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 working days. Please note: all deliveries are to the ground floor only. For apartments, delivery can be facilitated where an elevator is available.

Products & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Gymgear.ie products include a 12-month standard warranty. Selected items are eligible for a 24-month extended warranty if registered within 28 days of purchase. Warranty details are listed under the Product Specification tab on each product page.
What condition are the products in?
All equipment sold on Gymgear.ie is brand new unless clearly marked as refurbished in the product description. Refurbished items are fully tested, safety-checked, and sold at reduced prices but are non-refundable.
Do you sell both home and commercial equipment?
Yes. Our range includes home gym equipment (treadmills, bikes, dumbbells, multi-gyms) and commercial-grade machines designed for gyms, studios, and sports clubs.
Can I get help choosing the right equipment?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This applies to products that are unused, in original packaging, and within our 30-day return policy.
Used or refurbished items are non-refundable and sold as-is.
Bank charges on payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
How do I return an item?

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Goods are credited when they arrive at our warehouse, not when dispatched. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs:
Products 30–50 kg: €100 collection fee.
Products over 50 kg: fee calculated based on weight and dimensions.
(All prices are subject to 23% VAT).
⚠️ Returned items must be in re-saleable condition (unused and in original packaging). Damaged, incorrectly assembled, or incomplete returns may result in repair charges or refusal of refund.
What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us first at customerservice@gymgear.ie before sending it back. Depending on the situation, we may arrange:
Replacement parts,
A repair,
A full replacement product, or
A full refund once the product is returned and inspected.
