1. Who can place an order on Gymgear.ie?
Gymgear.ie currently serves customers within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland. Orders from outside the country are not accepted. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website www.gymgear.ie. Simply browse your desired products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. If you need help, feel free to reach out to our support team at sales@gymgear.ie.
3. How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order acknowledgment email. Your order is only considered accepted once it has been shipped.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major debit and credit cards through secure payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards. All payments must be made in full before the order is processed.
5. Is it safe to shop on Gymgear.ie?
Absolutely. We follow strict data protection and GDPR-compliant practices. No sensitive card details are stored, and your personal data is securely handled.
6. What are the delivery charges and timelines?
✔ FREE nationwide delivery for orders over €150.
✔ Orders under €150 are charged as follows:
- €7.99 for all orders between €1 – €149.99
Most deliveries take 3–5 working days. All deliveries are made to the ground floor level only. For apartments, elevator access must be available.
7. Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! Our Click & Collect option allows you to pick up your order from our showroom in Clonmel.

8. What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days (unused, in original packaging). Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Used or refurbished equipment is non-refundable and sold as-is.
9. How do I return an item?

We recommend using a tracked service. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
10. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us within 24 hours at customerservice@gymgear.ie. Do not send the item back before contacting us. We will assess and resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.
11. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a standard 12-month warranty. Some items are eligible for an extended 24-month warranty if registered within 28 days of purchase. Please check the product specification tab for details.
