How often do I need to lubricate the running board?

The running board must be lubricated on a regular basis, depending on the frequency of use. Suitable lubrication will prolong the lifespan of the treadmill. The recommended basis for lubrication is: Less than 3 hours a week: every 6 months. 3 to 6 hours a week: every 3 months. Any more than 6 hours per week: every month.

How to lubricate the running belt/board?

The lubricant should be applied to the sides of underneath of the running belt. The lubricant should be applied to the middle of the underneath as much as possible.
