2. I’m worried about the impact on my knees. Is this treadmill comfortable to run on?

3. I see it’s a “Non-Folding” treadmill. Is it going to take over my whole room?

4. What exactly is iFit and do I have to use it?
iFit is an interactive training app that connects to your treadmill (you’ll need a tablet or phone and a subscription). The best part is, it can automatically adjust your treadmill’s speed and incline to match the trainer’s session! While you don’t have to use iFit – the treadmill works perfectly without it – it truly transforms the experience from a simple run into an engaging adventure.

5. Can I just watch Netflix or listen to my own music while I run?
Yes, definitely! The treadmill has a built-in device holder designed to securely hold your tablet or smartphone, so you can easily watch your favourite shows. It also has built-in speakers and an audio auxiliary port, allowing you to connect your device and play your own music or podcasts for extra motivation.

6. How difficult is it to put together when it arrives?
The treadmill requires some assembly, but it’s designed to be straightforward with clear instructions. If you’d rather not handle it yourself, we offer a full, in-house assembly service for an additional cost to get you up and running without any hassle.

7. “Free Nationwide Delivery” sounds great, but what does ‘ground floor only’ mean?
It means our delivery team will bring your new treadmill inside your home or garage on the ground floor. If you live in an apartment building, we can deliver to your door as long as there is an elevator that can accommodate the box. This ensures a safe and efficient delivery right across Ireland.

8. What happens if something goes wrong? Is the warranty reliable?
You’re well covered. The treadmill comes with a fantastic warranty: 5 years on the motor and 2 years on all other parts and labour. To activate the full warranty, you just need to register your product with NordicTrack within 28 days of purchase. It gives great peace of mind for your investment.

9. Will it be noisy? I don’t want to disturb my family or neighbours.
It’s designed to be quiet for home use. The 2.6 CHP motor is engineered for smooth and quiet operation, and the high-quality tread belt also helps to minimise noise. While no treadmill is completely silent, this model is much quieter than older or lower-quality machines.

10. I’m a bit taller/heavier, will this be suitable and feel sturdy for me?
