1. Is this treadmill too loud for my apartment or house?
Not at all! The NordicTrack T Series 10 is designed with a new “Whisper Quiet” system. This durable design significantly reduces the sound of each step, so you can get your workout in at any time without worrying about disturbing others in your home.

2. I’m worried about the treadmill taking up too much space. Can I store it easily?
Yes! We know space is a major concern. The T Series 10 features a “Vertical space-saver Design” with “Easy Lift Assist.” This allows you to fold the running platform up with just one hand and store it vertically. The built-in transport wheels also make it simple to roll it out of the way when you’re done.

3. Is the running surface comfortable and safe for my joints?
Absolutely. The treadmill is equipped with “Runners Flex Select Cushioning.” This innovative system allows you to adjust the cushioning to your preference. You can choose a firmer surface that feels more like running on the road, or a softer, more cushioned surface that’s gentler on your knees and joints.

4. How powerful is the motor? Will it be able to handle intense workouts?
The T Series 10 has a powerful “DurX Commercial Plus 3.0 hp” motor. This provides consistent, reliable power, so you can comfortably handle top speeds of 20 km/h and steep inclines up to 12%. It’s built to keep up with both light and intense training sessions.

5. What kind of screen and features does the console have?
The treadmill features a large “10” High Definition Touchscreen Console.” This screen displays all your workout stats and provides access to interactive features. The machine is often paired with an iFIT subscription, giving you access to on-demand, trainer-led workouts.

6. Can I watch movies or listen to music on the screen?
Yes, the 10-inch HD touchscreen is more than just a stats display. With an active iFIT membership, you can access popular streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and Spotify directly on the console, so you can enjoy your favorite entertainment or music while you work out.

7. Is the running belt long enough for taller users with a long stride?
The running area is a generous 51 cm by 152 cm. This provides plenty of space for a comfortable and natural stride for a wide range of users, including taller individuals.

8. What’s the warranty and return policy?
The treadmill comes with a “Home Use warranty” which includes a 2-year Parts and Labour warranty and a 10-year Motor warranty. To get the full motor warranty, you must register the product within 28 days of purchase. The warranty is valid for home use only. For return policies, you should check the retailer’s specific terms.

9. Is delivery free, and what should I expect?
Yes, delivery is free nationwide. Please note that due to the product’s weight, delivery is to the ground floor level only. If you live in an apartment, delivery can be arranged as long as an elevator is available.

10. What if I want to pick it up myself instead of getting it delivered?
You have the option to “Click & Collect” the treadmill. You can pick it up from our Showroom/Warehouse at 7D, Gortnafleur Business Park, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 K3K8. We recommend bringing a van or a trailer for safe transport as it is a bulky item.
