2. How does the incline and decline work on the S22i?
The bike’s incline/decline adjusts automatically during iFit scenic rides to match real-world terrain. This means if your workout takes you up a mountain, the bike inclines; going downhill, it declines. You can also manually control these features using the buttons on the left handlebar.

3. What type of resistance does the S22i use?
It uses digitally controlled Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) for smooth, quiet operation. This system allows for AutoFollow, which means resistance automatically adjusts during classes based on the instructor’s plan. If you prefer manual control, you can adjust resistance via the right handlebar controls.

4. Can I adjust workouts to my fitness level?
Yes. The SmartAdjust feature lets you make the workout harder or easier while still following the trainer’s planned intensity changes. The bike remembers your adjustments and tailors future workouts to your fitness level.

5. What kind of screen does the S22i have?
The S22i features a 22” rotating HD touchscreen. You can pivot it for off-bike workouts like yoga, strength training, and stretching, which are included in the iFit library. The screen also houses a built-in fan, dual water bottle holders, and a tray for your phone or headphones.

6. What workouts can I do with iFit on the S22i?

The NordicTrack S22i comes with a 10-year frame warranty and 2-year parts & labour warranty when registered within 28 days. Delivery is free nationwide in Ireland for ground-floor locations (apartment delivery available if elevator access is provided).
