The Bh Fitness Power Rack with Lat Pull Down and Low Row attachment is designed for homes and garage gyms. Designed using box steel with hardened chrome attachments that include a landmine attachment, Multi-grip pull-up bar, and jcup holders for Olympic barbells. The Integrated leg support bar can be adjusted in height and can be used for Bulgarian Squats, for Bench work, and also as support for Sit-ups. As the rack is designed with multiple frame holes, this ensures the spotter catchers and bar hooks can be set at any height. This Rack is designed for use with Olympic-size weight plates. Additionally, the Lat pull-down and low row attachment allow users to perform multiple back and arm exercises.
